Aye......... it's a shot of Tia Maria mixed with half a bottle of Britvic orange. Or you can make it a double shot and put in the full bottle. It's called that because that's what the drink tastes of. Only small drinks and don't take any drinking. But after a few you feel sick so cannot drink too many.
