    from Radio Sheff:

    McPhail a doubt for Reds

Stephen McPhail is Barnsley's only injury doubt for Saturday's clash with Doncaster Rovers.

Scans on Thursday revealed the midfielder has a torn calf muscle.

Meanwhile, the Reds have taken former Aston Villa defender Tony Grant on trial.

    Lee Grant's a ball player ?

What a conundrum for the hard of thinking. We like them to "Gerrit fkucing upfield" yet display the grace of Beckenbauer.

    2 games if he's lucky.
