    Also is there nothing that the FA can do about it?

    If Briatore is found guilty of fixing a sporting event that he had a major stake in then for me he can't be allowed to keep a stake in a football team. The FA have rules governing who can own a football team and in my opinion this 'man' should definetly be banned under those rules.
