I'm of the opinion that it's going forward where we are most lacking. It would definitely have been reasonable to assume a plucky, well organised conference outfit like Altrincham could score in a home FA Cup first round tie against a League 1 side, but for us to fail to score and to create so little is a really sad reflection of how toothless we are up front. Completely lacking creativity, flair and anyone who can show a bit of magic in and around the box. The build up play is too slow, too laboured and the final ball is often garbage. Winnall looks devoid of confidence and the inconsistency of selection hasn't allowed any partnership to be formed. If they are looking to recruit, surely we need to address this situation more than any other...
