    GPG Hayes is our second most prolific scorer. I guess he's top with assists as well.

    He is top scorer with 12 if the Rotherham one at home is credited to him. Plus he has the most assists.

    Thats whats infuriating me about this Hayes thing...

    Hes scored 12 goals in all competitions and has the most assists.

    Yet hes of NO BENEFIT to the team?

    Absolute crap.

    We don't have a number 1 prolific scorer - never mind a 2nd!

    Prolific - Producing abundant works or results.

    Abundant - Plentiful

    Just because he is 2nd top scorer does not mean he is 2nd most prolific!

    So it would be fair to say that Nardiello's home form is prolific?

    As when he plays he scores goals at quite a rate. Plentiful for the time spent on the pitch.

    He hasn't scored enough goals in his career to be considered prolific in any sense..

    and nor have any of our strikers.

    He has a fantastic goal scoring rate though

    He scores more goals per minute on the pitch than any other striker at the club in the last 5 years, maybe longer. </p>

    Which is very rarely.

    He hides too much away from home, and if we played him at home and not away, then Ritchie would be vilified (probably by you) for chopping and changing too much.

    The use of the word "most" makes it a comparison on a scale and is obviously way above "least" which is also on the scale.

    So take your erroneous pedantry and put it in your bottom.
