At Blacpool Ian Holloway gets a percentage of players sell on fee if he brought them in a la Charlioe Adam. is this a good idea and could hillcroft and Barnsley Fc benefit from such a deal?
my thinking is that if we can't fight off offers for players, Hillcroft could be next. but if we offered them a deal whereas they brought in players on a nomimal fee or free transfers they could cash in on a transfer deal that other clubs would be reluctant to agree to and may keep em here a while longer.and as far as making a quick buck well Holloway held onto Adam as long as he could and maximised the deal. just a thought.
