Looking at this message board now at least 100,000 times per day hoping for news of new wingers / strikers being brought into the club.
Especially players from the continent through the Canny Ganaye International Network.

    And there's no news !!!!!!!!
    Starting to stress now !!!!!!!

I'm just hoping the inactivity on the transfer front is because there are a few trailists with the team in Hungary - and they will be assessed and then possibly signed when Hecky gets back.

Just because there's nothing reported doesn't mean there's nothing happening, do you actually expect the club to put our daily updates saying spoken to 21 agents today and 3 players tomorrow we have 4 scheduled meetings with representatives and 16 phone call to receive!?

It's unlikely that players will be signed whilst the squad are abroad but I'd imagine negotiations on several are ongoing or maybe even complete & we'll hear news early next week when Hecky is back & able to pose for photos with the new player / players

Agree DJA. I firmly believe there will be some further developments when the squad return from Hungary.
As some have said already the week provides the opportunity for the players to gel and for Hecky and his other
coaches to check that the players they might be bringing in will be compatible with what they've seen and how the squad has performed thus far. Likely as not when they get their completed squad out on the grass they will probably know the system they intend to start the season with. If you can play , football is a simple game and you soon get to know the strengths and
weaknesses of those around you. The gaffer must have confidence in his new intake otherwise why has he brought them in.?
