    why have we decided to announce every sorry detail of our ongoing transfer saga this summer......

    when we have always kept quiet until the target has signed for us?

    i suggest its down to SD trying to appease the fans with news of possible signings.......

    i hope he's not left with egg on his face!!!!

    c'mon hammill if the other club is s**te and white, then theres no choice really!!!

    They make it very hard for themselves to win though dont you think?

    By being really open with transfers and then telling fans that they better not tell anyone about transfer targets. They should start selling aftershave in the clubshop. 'contradiction for men'.

    its true, but I think that must have been tongue in cheek, what if there was a reporter there?

    I appreciate their honesty and openness on the transfers.
