    Unless bids we can't refused are made for any of our players then we won't sell anybody and if we do then serious questions need asking because we are never going to progress while ever we keep selling our better players.

    Two players in and none out is what is needed.

    I would be genuinely surprised if we don't sign a left back and a striker. Sounds like Townsend will sign permanently and despite the awful press he gets on here, I think Wilkinson could be the other to sign permanently. That would leave scope to sign another loanee when the need arises.
