I am becoming seriously worried about our lack of activity in the transfer market. if we start the season with this depleted squad we are going only one place...down to division 1. Surely the manager and board must think this too???Is something happening behind the scenes? it is to be hoped so.
Were almost guaranteed to sign atleast 2 more players, because: 1. We havent got a left hand sided midfielder 2. We havent got a 2nd central midfielder Theyre definates, but in my opinion we need a "goalscorer", emphasised by the fact that our natural finisher has broken his colar bone. Take a look at Newcastle, Glenn Roeder said "we are going to sign 5 or 6 players". He hasnt signed any of them yet, same with Man Utd. Theirs loads of time left to sign players.
