Raise the funds by getting a fee for the players that will leave the club, rather than just relesing them

Maybe we could get 2 out of the 3 Hoolahan attracting interest from other Clubs Sheffield United in paticular. Lisbie as made it known he wants to stay at Colchester also.

i agree he played very well at Oakwell, but I think he would be a waste of a wage

considering the other options we have in the squad.

He would have been a brilliant signing a few seasons ago but if you speak to Wednesday fans, he is a bit hit and miss. Thissuggests to me he is losing a bit of his game - as I have seen him dominate games from start to finish in this league in previous seasons but dont think he is upto it anymore.

I think the wage could be much wisely spent elsewhere.

 

Everyone thinks about home based players but i'm sure SD will have some foreign based players in mind too.

Would love to see Hoolahan sign. Impressed with him every time I see him. Wouldn't want the other two though. Kavanagh is over the hill, and Lisbie has had a decent time at Colchester for a year but did nowt before that and he is nearly 30.

 

Is it the same Lisbie from Charlton?

If so I was impressed by him there.
