from here by train we either have to drive all the way to Preston to get a train that will cost £166 for the return fare or we can get one from Oxenholme for which the return journey takes 14 hours!

So it looks like I'm driving!!!!

But Travel to Coventry Very tempting 2nd Feb

    10.53 from Sheff - 12.23 arrive Coventry
Return leaves 18.30 gets you into Sheff at 20.30 ish. Sounds a good day out to me @ £21.50 - The trainline.com
Might just need a "pass" for that one!

there was a decently priced car park about a 10 minute walk from the ground just off the motorway, you book your place on line. I'll see if I can find the details if you're interested

    Mind-reader!!!!

I was just trying to work the parking situation out!

Unfortunately my journey is somewhat complicated by having to take furniture to my daughter's flat in Bow before the game!!!

I'm still wondering how the "Constipation Charge" works!! :D

I always park at Brent Cross Shopping Centre and get the tube. Parking is for free.
