I'm planning on driving to Yeovil on the 17th. In the past I've usually found that setting off half an hour after the coaches & following the route in the programme has got me there in good time & also allows time for getting lost! I'm surprised to see that the coaches are setting off at 8am! I can't believe that it'll really take that long, I would have thought that 4 to 4 & a half hours would be sufficient. Can anyone confirm?

Well, it takes us 4.5 hours sometimes and I live 30 mins away from Yeovil. I've known it take 6 hours also!

All depends on how long you stop at services for and road works/traffic. You'll hit Bristol at mid day which could have long tail backs as folk try to get into Cribbs Causeway.

    Thanks Cazi

Looks like 8am might not be as crazy as it first sounded then.

It takes you 4.5 hrs to get to Yeovil and you only live 30 mins from Yeovil? Bloody tractors! :pff

You think that's bad, add a couple of horses and cyclists that wander all over the middle of the road and I'm surprised it doesn't take us longer :pff

    Now there's an incentive!

I don't normally drink before a match but I can easily make an exception.:)
