I'm planning on driving to Yeovil on the 17th. In the past I've usually found that setting off half an hour after the coaches & following the route in the programme has got me there in good time & also allows time for getting lost! I'm surprised to see that the coaches are setting off at 8am! I can't believe that it'll really take that long, I would have thought that 4 to 4 & a half hours would be sufficient. Can anyone confirm?
Well, it takes us 4.5 hours sometimes and I live 30 mins away from Yeovil. I've known it take 6 hours also! All depends on how long you stop at services for and road works/traffic. You'll hit Bristol at mid day which could have long tail backs as folk try to get into Cribbs Causeway.
You think that's bad, add a couple of horses and cyclists that wander all over the middle of the road and I'm surprised it doesn't take us longer ff
