I thought the defence looked, overall, confident and assured - confident enough to play the ball around rather than hoof it upfield. Souza had a great game and Foster looks a decent player. Disappointed that we conceded two but I think the defence was a bit shell-shocked after the first and, all been well, that's something that can be ironed out. The team responded well after the second and we had a few chances to score a fourth. Odejayi needs, and deserves, a goal - he should've banged it first time when he'd run between their two defenders in the first half just to get into the habit. Had a great game and, for those who said he doesn't look up, a great ball for the first goal. De Silva and Christiansen both look good players (although Christiansen looks a tad lazy) - Anderson clearly has a few tricks up his sleeve! All in all, they looked a lot more composed and creative despite the first ten minutes of long balls... (Y) One downside is Kozluk - thought he had a poor game. The sooner Super Bobby's fit the better...
Christiansen looked a tad lazy????
Were you mixed up with someone else? a thought he worked his socks off to prove a point when he come on.

Sluggish then, perhaps? There were one or two balls I thought he could've gone for and, considering he was the freshest player on the pitch, should've gone for... Showed some good touches and, overall, a good home debut but I thought, at times, he seemed a bit slow to react... Don't get me wrong, I don't mean a Nardiello sort of lazy...
Thought Christensen worked hard but maybe he is not quite as fit or sharp as the rest of the squad. Didn't have pre-season with us.
RE: Thought Christensen worked hard Maybe that's it then - he looked a bit off the pace at times - I'm certainly not slating the lad...
I wouldn't expect a BFC player to get slated on here. Heaven forbid.
I know what you mean about Christensen though. His chest was heaving a bit and he did collapse at the end even though he had only been on for 1/2 hour. Looks promising though.

RE: I wouldn't expect That is true - about him collapsing, and a fair point... I thought he looked good - loved the way he chipped it over their defender and went tearing after it - nice little touch... The shot on goal towards the end came from a decent run... All in all a vastly improved performance, signs that the squad are getting it together.
RE: I wouldn't expect Though he looked a decent player, need a bit more training i think. Best game Ferenzi has played for a while. Took his goal well. These yelow cards are gonna count up bit of a dirty t*at.
'Christensen run his knackers off while he was on' how the f can people question this guys work rate?. Brilliant KIM - KEEP IT UP.
