Whats so wrong at looking at players on trial.Every club in the football league doe's it during the summer months.If you unearth a gem great if you don't thank them for there time and move them on.Its not a new concept its happened every close season for as long as I can remember.
I think its the quality of the players we are taking on trial thats the problem, that and the fact that we have only signed one player so far, a 20 year old striker who didn't exactly score goals for fun in the conference.
Is the lack of activity elsewhere that is worrying me not the trialists. Davey being the stubborn pillock he is will see one of them do something he likes once and blindly stick by him when it's clear to everyone they're out of their depth in the championship.
