Looks like we've got some trialists playing for the under-21s tonight. Philip Gannon from West Brom, Jassem Sukar from Sunderland, Cameron Scott from Blackburn, also Ben Drennan and Ryan McKinnon from Newcastle. All seem to be 18/19/20 year old.

    Anybody there watching them tonight?

Suker - left back, nervous first half, better in the second half. Switched to centre back later and looked assured. Good left foot.
Scott - centre back, read the game well. Tenacious and distributed the ball well but lacks height.
McKinnon - looked lightweight at centre back but better when switched to right back later. Not overly impressive..
Drennon - quick and skilful. Started more wide right but looked much better on right of a midfield three later. The most impressive of the traillists
Gannon - good touches and decent passer in midfield but generally looked a bit lost.

Only Bree and Digby looked anywhere near first team standard and were replaced after an hour, presumably with an eye on Saturday. Of the rest Bailey Gooda looked excellent in a holding midfield role when he came on as a sub. Like all good players he seems to have extra time on the ball.

2 cracking goals but conceded some soft ones - now where have I seen that before..........

LJ did say he wanted a style of play running through the club from top to bottom...

I don't think his 100 day plan was suppose to involve our current winless run either.

You could be onto something there Dreamy!

Maybe we have missed out on the playoffs on purpose as it wasn't part of the 100 day plan and LJ didn't want to break any promises with the board
