Tribunal question..

If The Don had managed to agree to whatever fee Norwich were willing to pay, we all know that it would have been undisclosed. So we'd have no idea if we'd been mugged off again.

So, if we are now taking it to a tribunal, does that change things?

Does anyone know whether a fee set at a tribunal, is made public knowledge? Or is it possible (as per BFC) for them to not disclose it?

Googling suggests it can be made undisclosed:

If its a tribunal then public.

Personally i would prefer if it was undisclosed, cant see any good in letting any other club in on the amount of the fee.
Tribunal normally give good deals for the club letting the player go.

I believe the usual method a la Sam Allardice is to give an interview post match after a rampant display, chuckling and naming the amount you got the player for

I'll have to remember to watch Chris Hughton's post-match interviews then.

I suppose it makes sense it can be undisclosed, after all it's a private deal between two parties and the tribunal is simply adjudicating the value.

If it does go to a tribunal and the fee is undisclosed, it would probably come out sooner or later anyway.

Either way, we'll still have our pants round our ankles by the end of it.
