    I was talking to his mate just an hour ago.
    He was a fit lad who trained regularly at the gym.
    Sad demise for someone so young.

    The guy I was talking to was one of his best mates and was a bit upset.
    He had given him advice on how he should run the race.

    His name was Michael Jeffrey

    I think I saw him being transfered to the ambulance.

    Very sad. My thoughts are with his family.
