    Had the same then I clicked the enlarge screen icon in bottom right, like youtube. Ok now.

    Nope, and the adverts close themselves after 30 secs if you can't find the x too.

    You have to carefully close the popups blocking the picture, then make it full screen to stop em coming back.
    You don't need to download anything.
