Sorry to be negative here, but I've been trying to buy season tickets online for the past two weeks and the booking system is down. I've emailed the club without response, and tweeted them in the hope of a response, but I haven't even been acknowledged. I'm trying to buy 3 season tickets, yet they apparently won't do anything to help me. I can't get up to Oakwell until at least next weekend - very poor service! Has anyone else had a similar problem?
What do you mean it's down? I can connect ok. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc/details/event.aspx?itemref=1497 Also what email address did you use to contact the club?
Are we not selling New ST's in the West Stand then as that is shown as not available in any section and I find it hard to believe its all sold out
I bought mine online roughly 2-3 weeks ago and everything was fine, no problems. I might have broken the internet in the process though?
I'm reliably informed that there has been an upgrade to the system and now you can get a season ticket online again. Who did you email?
I emailed the box office address, but not heard a thing. I also tweeted the official account. I'll have another go when I get home, hopefully it's sorted. Previously, I got onto the e-ticketing site and it set that online bookings were currently out of stock.
I'm not allowed to buy 3 tickets online...just great. At least the e-ticketing site is working now, I just can't complete the transaction! Why do they make it so hard to buy tickets - I'm trying to give them £1050!
Worked perfectly for me. Only problem I had was duplicate accounts, emailed the box office and they sorted it out for me straight away. Give them a ring tomorrow.
I brought up deep concerns with the club about eticketing this time last year...nowt seems to have improved. Bet they've cost the club a fair few quid.
It seemed to be working yesterday evening, albeit somewhat intermittently - I wanted to count the number of greyed out dots to work out how many ST's we had sold but I'm not autistic enough to sit down and do that! Anyone fancy having a go?
