...when our own manager is so downbeat. Keith has now reverted to how he was between January and May last season and it really gets on my nerves. Bigging up the opposition and moaning about not being able to compete financially is wearing very thin.
Can we not just pick a positive looking team and have a real bloody go at the opposition? If we aren't good enough then we'll go down, simple as. I can live with that but not the constant moaning. Starting without a recognised striker is just plain daft.
The next five or six games are massive and could shape our season. I'd like to see a change in personnel and approach. We need to freshen up completely as the opposition has us sussed.
Hopefully in a couple of weeks time and a bit more fitness for certain players, I'd like to see a team like this:-

    Steele
    Stones Crainie McNulty Golbourne
    O'Brien Dawson Mellis Silva
    Mido Davies

Mind you, we could be playing under a different manager by then....??

Think Stones needs a break, without his mistake we may have got something today as Hull were not much cop either.

Mistake and injuries aside, today wasn't that bad. Spirited 2nd half but too many players missing.

    Harewood's absence seemed pointless though.
