trying to renew season ticket by phone...

    can't get through....just goes to an answer machine. surely it's not that busy??? any one else having probs?:-|

    They WILL take phone bookings but have high demand for non-season ticket holders who take longer because they ahve to choose a seat and give personal details. I got through yesterday and was told to ring back next week as my seat is guaranteed until the end of June!!!

    Been trying for three days and just got put through to a damnable answering machine. Won't bother wasting my time trying any longer. They can wait for the dosh.
