If this gets passed, we could see corporations suing Governments when policy decisions cost them profit. How long before a corporation decides to challenge the minimum wage, environmental protection legislation or the NHS. This is a very dangerous move. It basically elevates the corporation to the same status of a country. All in the search of more and more profit to squeeze out of a broken system and a broken doctrine. Scotland would face this ***** as a wannabee member of the EU. We would face it as a member of the EU. And the great saviour of Britain, Nigel Farage is strangely silent on the issue. They're all silent on the issue cos boil it down to brass tacks and they are all in the pocket of the large corporations. This will be a disaster for al but the shareholders and chief execs
