Anyone remember the fabled Pete Doyle claim that 'a Turkish consortium of Businessmen were to put in 10million into BFC'?? Was there ever any truth in this? Knowing Doyle, reckon it was just putting the club in the shop window, so he could make a nice little earner once he sold BFC. (which he did).
