Am i the only one that thought Turnbull made very little effort to save their first goal. He just sat down and stuck his leg out. Also a defender on the post for corners stops them scoring a second. Just my thoughts.

I thought he did OK yesterday, his kicking wasn't great but he did OK otherwise. I agree about their second, it was so preventable and such a basic error.

No idea why he was brought back in. Drop the guy who in his last three games has only let in a penalty and we go straight back to letting in multiple goals. Clean sheet at Fleetwood and dropped. Comes in defending a lead with ten men and keeps a clean sheet. Goes away from home to one of the best sides in the league, is MOTM for many, only lets in a penalty and is dropped for a second time.

I wouldn't mind if it was for someone good but Turnbull hasn't impressed so far.

bit harsh for yesterday didnt think he did much wrong if we hadnt gave the ball away in our own half we wouldnt be discussing the first goal.turnbull is a good shot stopper just his kicking is poor.

I think hes a **** shot stopper. Hes very very slow to react and get down for shots, and i lost track of the number of times yesterday that he let balls fly around his 6 yard box without making any attempt to go for them. If it had been steele doing that henwould have been slated.

The only thing I can think of is that turnbull, like Jay said, is basically still injured. He must be because he moves around like an old man. Pollitt looked to have quicker reactions than he does.

On current form Id have Davies back in goal andnthats saying something

Don't think Turnbull did much wrong yesterday and kept us in it first half, but I was surprised that Davies had been dropped as he performed well at Preston

Everytime he stays stuck to his line he makes me nervous. Luckily for us Kike screwed up 2 or 3 attempts where he only really had to make contact with the ball to possibly score. One of them would have been a free header at an open net in the first half. Davies makes our back four look alot more comfortable with how confident he is coming off his line and with his shot stopping too.

Is it just me ,but I thought Turnbull should have kept going for the ball leading to the corner for the 2nd goal,I'm sure he could have got there first and watched it go out,or cleared it.

Davies was very poor at Fleetwood. I try not to be overly critical and some of the stick he was getting from behind the goal was out of order but he couldn't possibly have kept him in the side. His confidence was shot and looked prone to dropping a bollock any second.

Turnbull is the best Goalkeeper we can expect to sign in our current situation.

A major disappointment to me other than the Donny match where he was excellent I think there's little difference between him and Davies.

I think there's little between them either. I rate both. Neither are as good as Steele, mind.

Turnbull was brilliant against both Rochdale and the Blunts and fully deserved his clean sheets. He has his weaknesses, as do all our players, that's why they are ours and not Barcelona's.

I have to say I thought Turnbull was a better player when we had him on loan as a kid. For a big lad he is crap at commanding his area one thing I thought he might improve form Luke. I miss Luke.
