Wonder why they started shutting when queues outside were getting longer and longer. Saw a few folk spouting off at one that shut at Ponty End at five to

Turnstiles opened at 1.30pm - took a good 10 minutes for the first few people to get through due to problems with the zapper things

Jase will get things right, I have every confidence.

However if you pay cash on the day, it's much better to get a ticket from the box office.

As for the season ticket holders, it is a much better system than having a load of rip out bits of paper that half the morons cannot find the correct number or manage to rip it out themselves in order to save time. The simpler it is for the average numpty the better.

People actually come to home games 90 minutes before kick off....It's not like they have on the early Sky game or anything of note happening on the pitch.

Never understood why people see the need to be that early. Did it once with a mate and we were like.. Oh look a pigeon on the goalpost.. Is pub open?

I agree, but I also don't understand why folk don't turn up till nearly kick off.

There's a handful who do it in the Ponty End - 9 times out of 10 they have the Sky game on. The Ipswich match was on yesterday and the Sheff U/Bristol City match was on before the Crawley game

We should revert to our historic 3:15 kick off time

I could only get t'Well at HT due to work. No turnstiles open as you'd expect. Collared a steward who told me I probably wouldn't be allowed in as there was no way to scan the ST. I said I was a paying customer so they needed to find a way..... they did! Just opened gates and let me walk in. Problem resolved amicably! Old school resolution for modern problem.

I've been late getting in the east stand a couple of times before. All the turnstiles closed but the entrance to the legends suite was open and unmanned. I just go in there and through a door that gets you in.

At bottom end of Ponty End there was two turnstiles open, one for pay on day and one for season ticket holders.

Were queing back to club shop at ten to three. Takes an age when they insist on taking the card of you and then making a mess of scanning the thing.

I think more training is requkred because I too canr understand why thry insist on holding tbe card while they scan it despite me holding it out barcode aimed at their scanner. If they just pointed and scanned theyd save loads of time.

It don't help that a lot of the turnstile operators are wendies. Believe it or not this is true.
