Tuscany

anyone been and know what its like? thinking about going there for honeymoon - any ideas?

 

From what I've heard, it's the ideal place. Listened to a big report on the radio this morning. One of the most romantic regions of Europe it said. Looks and sounds great.

 

Went to Pisa & Florence in July, stunning. Cheap flights available at Thomsonfly from Donny airport to Pisa, good transport links from there and good hotels quite cheap on the net. Didn't get out into the country though.

They have a hat mask festival in August.

Lovely place, Siena and Monteriggioni are fantastic

 

Just stay in Barnsley - it's going to be a Tuscan village! For authentic food you can go to the Tuscany deli on Racecommon road!
