I am up to date with or have watched prison break walking dead game of thrones peaky blinders blindspot banshee breaking bad narcos vikings last kingdom sons of anarchy stranger things homeland Damien probably missed some. You might say get out more lol, but i have lots of spare time Any sugestions for a decent series. I cant be arsed starting watching Dexter and I lasted about 2 epdisodes of westworld. Anyone watched Power?
Halt & Catch Fire. Some of the finest acting ive seen in a TV series. Starts off in the early 80's a the start of the home computer revolution. Its gone 3 seasons now and its final season is out this year.
If you are after something to watch with the missus, then I woule recommend 'This Is Us'. If you are not hooked after the first episode then it wont be for you.
If you've got Netflix, then the following might be worth a look Sense8 The OA Designated Survivor I've only watched the first 2-3 of the last two, but am enjoying so far. Just trying to find time for the rest... Also a big fan of the Marvel shows - Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, but they are not for everyone. The 2nd series of No Offence starts tonight on 4 - the first series was surprisingly good last year.
You MUST check out Love/Hate. I'm amazed it's not had more success. Outstanding. If you liked Peaky Blinders, you'll love this.
ahhh andytyke, this is a good thread which really appeals to me as people have already said, the walking dead & breaking bad are two of my favourite yank shows. but id also like to give a shout out to Fargo series 1 & 2. and as for british drama, line of duty was ace and im looking forward to the next series. i also liked the night manager where hugh laurie seemed to really enjoy playing a baddie!
If you enjoyed Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul is the very watchable prequel to it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
