    not even a bloody mouse.

Come on Dave Dalek whatever your name is Mr Spitting Image Puppet CEO, let Conway pull the string in your back so you can give us fans some communication, hope and ambition and announce some good news on a English based manager for us and several proper plug and play players to come into the first team and not from the Austrian Amputee 3rd division and please say we have rejected offers and held out to keep Mowatt and Woodrow because we are serious about building and cementing our championship status and building a team around them in what is the weakest Championship division for many years.

Hang on....somebody has just woke me up...a bit like Bobby Ewing in Dallas...it was all just a long dream.

Reason why there is no news, as usual, probably we are shopping in Poundland again and if it isn't nailed down these locusts will probably cash it in and sell it.

We have become the Cash Converters of the football world. Progress on an excel spreadsheet to balance the books always must come before any progress on the grass, **** the loyal fans as we are not bothered what division we are in as long as the profits still stack up. If that's the case then what is the point ? constantly going backwards, just a production factory, scatter gun approach of constantly buying lots of 'cheap foreign or lower league gambles / diamonds' in the hope of throwing a hedgehog at a dartboard and one of them hits the bullseye and goes for a massive fee and then what ? groundhog day, the wheel of misfortune, same old cr*p, rinse and repeat starts all over again and us fans as always get treated like chimpanzees.

I am praying that I am made to eat my words at the end of tomorrows transfer deadline, perhaps the next 48 hours are the most important yet in this boards tenure, failure to show any ambition in this window, and flog anything that moves for profits and I think that will be the straw that broke the camels back for many of the fan's still sat on the fence with these owners. As the hours tick by my wonderful club, its connection and how its being run feels more further away and distant from me.

Tick Tock goes the reality clock Conway, just a few hours left now, so lets see how much you and the board really do want our club to stay in this league, by end of play tomorrow we will all know once and for all your true ambitions.

We are all watching and waiting.

Soapbox gone, rant over, fingers crossed, lucky heather, lucky underpants and prayer mat out !
