Not sure SD got the selection right yesterday. Wallwork/Togwell and Nardiello/Knight were too similar. Wallwork/Howard would be a better contrast in Centre Midfield, but finding two forwards who complement eachother is a virtual impossibility at the moment. In the absence of a decent target man, Richards/Knight may be the best bet, with Nardiello coming on for the last 30 minutes. A pub player he may look the majority of the time, but we have no-one else able to produce a semblance of the same effort/muscle needed to support a Nardiello/Knight type.

Can't argue too much with that. I thought we looked better/busier up front when Richards came on yesterday but I think the effect may have been similar if he had replaced Knight as well.

    Options!!

The fact that we can talk about different combinations at all is a major step forward IMHO.
