What's the back four going to be next Saturday?

With Austin also likely to be out for a few weeks aswell, I reckon the following: -

    Tonge Hassell Kay Heckingbottom

    Thought Tonge was out too?

    If so,

    Hassell - Kay - Carbon - Heckingbottom

Is the ban imposed straight away?

    No Tonge is back

He has played the last couple of reserve games and Ritchie intimated yesterday after the game that he would come back into the squad.

Is Carbon fit? He's off to see a specialist tommorow.

POST MATCH COMMENTS FROM BLOOMFIELD ROAD

REDS boss Andy Ritchie gave his thoughts following today's disappointing draw at Blackpool.

He said: "It was a tough game but we always knew it would be.

"I am very pleased with the determination and character we showed coming back from a goal down even though the referee was conned for the free kick. It was a great shot but Neil Austin did not touch the player even though he dove in.

"I am pleased with the determination we showed even though we have played a lot better than that this season. They only had two chances in the first half, which I felt we dominated without really imposing ourselves. The second was a little more even.

"Paul Reid made the right decision to bring the lad down right at the end even though it was his wrong choice on a bobbling pitch that put him in that position. We will miss Paul now for the last two matches but have Dale Tonge and Bobby Hassell to step into our defence".
