Two old Etonians decided to have a game of dice. "What shall we play for?" said the first. "Why nothing will suffice for chaps like us but the very future of our country?" Said the second. "Shall we add thousands of jobs into the pot?" Replied the first "and maybe the value of the pound and several billion from the Bank of England?" "Yes indeed and with that our countries reputation for freedom, Liberty and a helping hand to those less fortunate" said his partner. "Of course we must make one thing clear before we begin and that is this: as gentlemen the loser must receive golden epithets and abundant praise from the winner and the one who loses will pass his job to the winner".
