    I think i'm with the second article more. Man Utd stood by him after the winking saga and he shouldn't have signed a five year contract if he was going to try and leave so soon. I guess he lied in a number of interviews when he said he wanted to be remembered as a United legend in the same breath as George Best.

    I am with the 1st one. If a player has made it clear that he doesn't want to play for a club then get rid. Kick up the arse and out of the door. I would openly tell Madrid £75m and he is yours. They will pay it. Everybody knows that a contract doesn't get you a player for the length of it. Its been going on for years now. I am sure Fergie has got a few targets of his own and £70/75m is a lot of money. Could bring in 3 or 4 top quality players.
