his Chairman has also said he'll do everything he can to keep him. to i suspect it was always a case of a follow up conversation with his current employer. i don't think it's cut & dry by any stretch
I think the board are trying to be as open as possible, so, when they say that the talks have been 'constructive, it sounds as though we are talking about the details of a possible deal. My money is on this one going through, hopefully by the end of Wednesday, or Thursday morning latest. It will be interesting to see if Maurice Malpas comes with him, if it foes go through.
Hope Malpas does come with him if he accepts. Could be a lonely place for him without a trusted sidekick if it goes pear shaped first month or so!!
