U14s Boys Football teams

    Evening folks.
    Just wondering if anyone is aware of any Barnsley based Under 14s football teams looking to recruit players.
    My 13 year old lad been playing for a few seasons, but unfortunately, his last team has folded.
    He wants to continue playing and, whilst I moan about freezing Sunday mornings in December, I'd like him to carry on too.
    I know Facebook would be the best place to look, but I'm an abstainer so thought I'd enquired on here first.

    Theres one at Oakwell, his age group, play Saturday's at 3pm. If hes a 6ft 6 centre half he'll get a game. Knock on the turnstile no.27 (used to be £5 no ticket gate) and ask for Daniel.

    Haha. Sadly, he's busy at 3pm on Saturdays, sat on Ponty listening to his Dad (that's me) telling professional footballers how to play football...
    After all, we were all 'better than Mowatt' back in the 90s weren't we?
    Well, in my head I was anyway.

    I was faster than him, l still am now. I still look down at my legs to see how fast l'm running like my 6 year old.
