As long as teams don’t revert back to the tactics that led this to be introduced in the first place, which is of course was parking the bus from the first whistle to the last. Not saying some don’t or haven’t done it, but the incentive was their to attack from the off.
Seems odd that they kept it when games were being played on neutral grounds, then got rid of it later. Personally, I'd have away goals count after 90 mins of the second leg, but not after extra time.
