Been clearing out the loft and found a long lost tape that I know has some very hard to find music tracks from circa 1969-70 - that just aren't available commercially or on download. I know, I've looked for them.
But it's reel to reel and therein lies the problem.
Does anyone know how to extract these now? Presumably I would need to get hold of a R2R tape recorder, if there is such a thing, but I wouldn't know where to start, and it probably wouldn't be worth the cost.
Anyone know if anybody copies stuff like that onto modern formats?
Or shall I just give it a ceremonious burial in a time capsule in the corner of the garden?
