Umpire did us in that last over I reckon

  1. No ball not given (over waist height) - that would have given us the extra run plus a free hit
Wide not given - extra run and another ball
Brilliant effort though and if only a couple of those drag backs from the rope had gone over we would have done it. Cracking match :)

Deffo a no ball, but not a wide.

Lack of ambition in the top order lost us that game.

Well played Luke and Adil though.

1st un which went for 4 was a no ball, not a wide but not called, add 1 run then a free slog and i reckon we'd win,
2nd call wasn't a wide, but pretty close

  5. Ok, it was a marginal wide but there were one or two others as well

No complaints though, a slow start hampered England. Beats me why Collingwood gets in above Luke Wright and why the likes of Strauss and Bopara were playing at all. Both gifted batsmen but not urgent enough for this game

i think they're both ok ish, dont forget, the 1st 35 overs are vital not to lose wickets to leave room for the slog which wright's good at.
but as you said, no urgency to sprint 2's

Wright has done best in that role so I would leave him there.

Collingwood needs a kick up the arse, Shah did well and was unlucky. Prior should have been more aggressive and tried to dominate. Bopara needs dropping.

I like Strauss and he's done very well tbf, everyone can fail early on. The rest of the team let him down today.
