    I was just thinking about this the other day. It's crazy how dramatically things have changed during the last month or so. LJ probably could have won "the worst manager of the month" award in October and November, but now he truly deserves to win the MotM award this month! :) Of course there's still one more game to play in January, but I couldn't be any happier with our recent results and how patience seems to have paid off.

    I hope by some fluke he is overlooked as it seems to be the kiss of death i.e. We lose the next game. However, he was short listed for December so he must be a shoe in for January given our results ( with 1 game to come). We are the form team in league one.
