I have noticed that the club manage academy results very carefully. The results page on the club web site does not get updated after bad results, nor is there as write-up when the result is poor. After a good result, the results page gets updated with the good result and bad results at the same time and a write-up of the good result is included, but the bad results are forgotten. It is all about news management, but it makes me suspicious about the quality of the academy when they feel that they have to indulge in news management in this way.
With the Under 21s losing every week (7 losses on the trot now) and the First Team not being able to string 2 wins together all season, it'd be depressing if they did update the official site with reports and results of all 3 teams. Having said that, the U18s have been in good form so far this season so suprised at this result...
