Blimey - what a boost towards the club's self confidence.

It might only be the "reserves" but having winning teams at any level all adds to the feel good factor around the club.

    Per ardua ad astra...

    Apparently, Digby absolutely bossed proceedings.

I wouldn't change a winning team. But I hope he's back among the subs. If lads are doing well in the glorified reserves, they deserve some sort of reward. That spurs them on, no? So get Whitey on the bench instead of M.Smith.

Templeton's getting good reviews this season from the couple of lads I know who go to these games regular. Surprised he's not had much of a look in considering our issues on the left flank.

White and Templeton should be involved more in the first team IMO

Templeton very impressive today. playing left wing he caused problems all game. For me got to be in and around the first team over this Christmas period.

Digby looks to be back and ready again. Looks a lot more mobile and broke forward well. Abbott played the deeper role and played the game simple.

White upfront held the ball up nicely.

Honestly can't fault them today at all. Look to be developing nicely. Long played 45 minutes with Cowgill replacing him.

It was a very good team performance. The midfield were very good, and White did more in the first 20 minutes than Wilkinson and Smith did last week. Said so to this bloke next to me, who was really pleased as he was Harry White's dad.

Agree. He should be on the bench on Saturday, instead of Isgrove.

Pretty strong line-up that. Plenty of first team experience.

We have to hope that the likes of Smith, Wilkinson and Isgrove are sent back as soon as that's possible and that the likes of Templeton and White are given similar opportunities.

Digby should be on the bench every week when possible. We've had subs benches lately without any midfielders which is bizarre when both Digby and Abbott are fit.
