under what circumstances could bradford play in europe?

    what are the "rules" of qualifying for europe in our country? can anyone explain?

    I know the top 4 get Champions League spots. After that I'm stumped.

    Am I right in thinking they'll also qualify if they lose and Swansea finish 5th and qualify for the Europa league anyway? Although that is unlikely to happen...

    No, only winners get a place. The FA Cup works like that but not League Cup.

    It's a shame Bradford will only get in Europe if they win the cup. A team finishing that had no cup run can take their place by finishing like 7th in the premiership which to me is wrong.

    Bradford can only get the place by winning it, regardless of who they play or where that team finish in the PL.
