    I remember watching Barrie Thomas get his 200th

    4-1 win at home to Halifax if memory serves correctly. Barrie rifled it in like it was all in days work. No ceremony, no swallow diving, just bang, one more to the tally. True centre forward who came to us too late in his career but a joy to watch anyway

    These two lads saved us from relegation. Great signings by Jock Steele I think it was.
