I think they were just holding a big group of dull fans there.

The police in their wisdom decided to walk the hull fans up from the town centre where there had already been battling at 14.45 right past the groggers. I walked in the bookies for my pre match bet and when I came out five minutes later it looked as though groggers had emptied just as they walked past (coincidence?) and it was all getting dispersed until the train lines went down and a single line of police were there to save the day and get in between the fans! I thought the police were a disgrace all day.....allowing the hull fans to drink right in the town centre then deciding to walk them up past the pubs at quarter to 3 knowing full well a big group of our fans go up at that time! The worst thing by far for me though was the treatment handed out to a couple of blokes with young kids that got stuck at the train lines where it could have been far worse on another day. Twice they tried getting down towards the train station and out of the way only to be shoved back into the crowd by heavy handed moronic police officers. I just hope that they haven't put them off coming again in future because it was a fantastic game and great result. Another thing why were the hull fans not kept in after? Not sure what went on after but I saw two fights break out walking to the car and was glad to get home safely.

I hope everybody else enjoyed the game and got home safely

    Bring on Huddersfield!!!!!

They brought a big gang of fans up at about 2.30ish as I was walking down to the Mount under the underpass. TBH I feel more threatened by masses of people being sheperded like that as they are all ganged up together. We all manage to get on perfectly well and behave in a civilised fashion in the magistrates car park.
