I have created a BFc addon for kodi if anyone want to try it out. Nowt ground breaking lol, it only took a couple of hours. Basically its just game highlights and stuff from youtube organised into easy to watch playlists If anyone has any suggestion of content to add feel free. Im not a coder so grabbing from youtube is about my limit. I have lots of full games on my site but not sure what size files can be uploaded to youtube But please try it out. im sure most who use kodi will know how to install. repo source address is http://Tyketv.barnsleyfc.info/tykesrepo/ edit: ou will need th latest version of youtube addon - also in the repo
Might have bot done this right. Looks ok to start with. Nice menu descriptions. Clicking on any menu I get YouTube bad request error.......
Yeah. Not sure if it's the right YouTube one though it got installed with another addon. One on mine is 5.1.17 from bromix
latest version of youtube now in the repo, if repo is already installed then you'll need to check for updates to update repo
If there could be a way of having games on sky saved to there it would be a godsend not having sky sports and working nights I'd love to be able to go on and watch again via kodi excellent addition Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
i have lots of full sky matches on my website, but i know its a lot easier just watching them via kodi. Im not sure if there is a limit to how large files you can upload to youtube, ill have to look into it. if it is possible to upload them ill do it so they only work in the addon to try and avoid youtube removing them for copyright. I doubt I could stream them from a server without paying a fortune
A Few full matches added now and I will add more Both jpt semi and final added Everton Altrincham Birmingham Youtube have flagged them all as containing copyright content but haven't imposed any viewing restriction, but the rights owners may add adverts to the vids in future
To add this. (3 steps) You need to go into file manager 1st. Add the url he supplied as a source 2nd. Then go into programmes, addons and install from repository (and work through the files until you find tykes) and it will self install. 3rd go into the system setup and navigate until you get to where you can add shortcuts. And add it as a shortcut. Then launch. If by when I have finished work you still haven't done it (say 6ish) flag it up and I will add screen shots (or at the very least extra detail to the above)
Hopefully over time if I get chance (or others may be able to). I'll try work out some Dev side of things and we may be able to between everyone on the board. Extend so that it isn't reliant in YouTube.
Was looking last night at possibilities of hosting the videos somewhere for streaming. Dropbox works ok but limited to storage size. Got my wizard on 000webhost, just wondering if that's a possibility Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk
Many of the addons work just like this. It why the recent downing of tools by a load of devs happened. Cos someone just lifted all the urls into there own addon. If like Andy tyke says he has them all on his website already it should be a pretty easy thing to do. Bandwidth might be an issue like if everyone hammered his site watching them though....
That's not what I was implying was fully supportive of the devs when Anonymous started messing about So not copying and pasting and creating a like for like but sharing the workload. If we could all host the files somewhere and give Andy the urls to add to the addon then surely that will have less impact on bandwith Sent from my SM-G800F using Tapatalk
