Beattie is exactly the type of CF that Dennis isnt too clever against as well.
I think we edge them in midfield , so I hope we can keep the ball from them.

Personally I hope the captain puts a better shift in than he did Saturday and gives his mate James a kick or two.
Sheff utd's form must take an upturn sooner or later, there's too much quality in the side for it not to. ( Robson notwithstanding who I think is a poor manager) just our luck for them to hit form on Saturday.

Not many Sheff U fans at work are looking forward to the game on Saturday. We need to attack them from the start and get the home fans on the backs of the players and Robbo. They don't tend to start games well, but come into it more in the second half.
RE: ...and they are ***** defensively, especially at home nt They have poor bunch of goalies , so I would be getting the ball into Ferenczi whenever possible.
Agreed, Davey needs to send them out ready to get amongst them from the kick off and get forward. Last thing we need is a slow start and their confidence to build.
I think if we can hold them for 15 minutes like we did Wolves at home then impose ourselves upon them I think we will win.
If they get up a head of steam early and Beattie does a Kevin Kyle on our CH's then we could be in for a long afternoon.

I'd be furious if only 8 or 9 turned up for such a big game... If I was Davey I'd make them all meet at Oakwell at say 10am then all go on one coach.
Be a waste of petrol if they all took their cars.

I've only ever seen us lose to Sheff United once when Brett Angel scored for them at Bramhall Lane if I remember correctly. I've been quite a few times so that's a good omen perhaps. Recently we have a bloody good record against them. On paper though, they should batter us. They paid four times more for beattie than we have our entire team so they really should win.
