Update: Donations (plural) to Cystinosis UK in lieu of poem

Further to last week's sticky thread, I've just received confirmation from Owen that not only have the Supporter's Trust agreed to donate the £150 I paid for the poem to CFSN (formerly Cystinosis UK) but that they will also double it to £300. Mrs Burgundy Red and I would like to thank them for this generous gesture, in particular Owen for his efforts in resolving the matter on my behalf.

On behalf of ourselves and CFSN we would like to thank Burgundy Red and Barnsley FC Supporter’s Trust for coming to an amicable agreement regarding the monies paid in an auction for a poem.

Not only has the £150 been offered to the Charity but the Supporter’s Trust has doubled the amount.

A big THANK YOU to both parties for your generosity, we greatly appreciate the donation.
