    After speaking to my current boss on Saturday morning and another chat this morning with regards my new job offer i've decided to take the plunge and take the new job, it was just too good an offer to turn down, whether it turns out to be the right decision or not remains to be seen but I think i would have always regretted it if I had turned it down

    good luck mate. a couple of years ago i had applied for a job and got it. but after speaking to my then employers i decided to stay. i got made reundant by them months later, and of course regret not taking the plunge with the new job.

    Not fantastic mate. I knew things were bad, but its come as a bit of a shock at how bad things are. I dont want just anything, I need to be happier in my next job, so am hoping my patience is rewarded. Otherwise, I will have to take just anything :/
