Don't forget to ask a closing question at the end

    Good luck Ali

Just like you I hate interviews - just can't do with all the crap you have to talk about to convince them you're the right person. At the last one though I could've kicked myself for not taking the opportunity at the end of the interview to say that although not good at "bigging myself up" there was no doubt that I was able to do the job well ... instead when they asked if I had anything I wanted to say at the end I said no .... might be an opportunity at end for you to open up & say that you don't like all the bull####, but you know you're able enough. (obviously in a polite way).
Might try that interview diet ... sound a bit less work than running/ cycling!

All the best. You'll be alright.

on second thoughts I'll stick to exercise... yours sounds like a rubbish diet. Hope it goes well. WHen do you get back? I'll look out for the result. I drove straight to the pub after my last one. Sat there with a paper and a beer for an hour trying to chill out.
