    BARNSLEY goalkeeper Scott Flinders is set to make his first appearance of the new season tonight for England's U20s in a tough international friendly in Russia.

    The youngster, who was first choice for the Reds at the end of last season, has travelled with the national team to Moscow for the match, to be played in Krylia Sovetov stadium this evening.

    Scott has been on the bench for Barnsley's opening three league matches but will be hoping to get the international nod after impressing in last summer's Toulon Tournament.
